Our chromatography solvents are made specifically for HPLC instrumentation. They are prepared by a distillation process to remove volatile impurities that can contaminate the analytical columns and reduce their lifetimes, followed by filtration to achieve maximum purity. These solvents have low UV absorption and low peak interference and are free of particles up to 0.02 micron. Thus, usage of our high purity HPLC solvents extends column lifetime. Our HPLC grade solvents are also designed to significantly reduce detector noise and baseline drifts, thereby enhancing data quality and helping ensure reproducibility.

Quality control laboratories that employ UHPLC-MS systems will find that our ultra-high purity solvents help improve mass spectrometer sensitivity to chromatographic interferences. Developed for mobile phases targeting trace analysis by UHPLC-MS, our ultra-pure solvents provide a very low mass noise level in both positive and negative mode ionization, minimal metal ion content, and very low UHPLC-UV response using photo diode array detection. Acetonitrile, methanol, and water are among the high-purity solvents that are specifically qualified for UHPLC-MS.
