Booking a depot service is as easy as 1-2-3

Download booking form

  1. Download and complete the Service Request form, ensuring you also fill out the Decontamination Declaration
  2. Email your completed form and booking details to serviceau@thermofisher.com
  3. Print and attach the completed Delivery Details and Decontamination Declaration pages to the outside of your instrument packaging, then ship it to us.

 

 Important: All pipette or instrument calibration service requests should be sent to the Scoresby Service Centre located in Victoria.
