HPS training courses are specifically designed to help improve the knowledge, capabilities, and confidence of forensic scientists. Our training is developed by experienced forensic scientists and is geared to various skill and knowledge levels.

HPS has expanded its training services and now offers HID Education Programs. These programs include a range of high-quality, flexible, modular courses designed specifically for HID customers. Course offerings are meant to address laboratories’ needs, starting with basics for new lab hires and extending to expert hands-on training in specialized breakout courses. Courses are available virtually through HID University, in person, and in a hybrid format. 

Specialized courses

HPS partners with the forensic community to provide specialized training on HID workflows using our Applied Biosystems validated reagents, instrumentation, and software.

 

Interactive, self-paced virtual modules allow trainees to learn at their own pace. Hands-on laboratory sessions allow participants to process samples using Applied Biosystems chemistries while reviewing instrument hardware, software, calibrations, and maintenance. Choose from our virtual, in-person, or hybrid training options.
