Z'LYTE Reactivity Table

This table illustrates the reactivity of our Z´-LYTE Peptide Substrates using a broad range of kinases we have tested at Invitrogen. For each kinase in the left hand column, we list the Z´-LYTE substrate(s) that are recommended in the Z´-LYTE assay. We have substrates representing two classes of kinases, Tyrosine Kinase substrates and Serine/Theonine Kinase substrates. The number in the table refers to the substrate number of the Z’-LYTE Detection Assay Kit within each class of kinases.
