The MarqMetrix All-In-One Process Raman Analyzer and specialized probes use patented Thermo Scientific TouchRaman Immersion Technology, allowing you to obtain Raman measurements with the MarqMetrix All-In-One Process Raman Analyzer by just touching the end of the Thermo Scientific MarqMetrix BallProbe Sampling Optic to the sample. With its short focus length, the MarqMetrix BallProbe Sampling Optic can precisely examine liquids, solids, slurries, powders, and heterogeneous mixes while reducing the chances for operator error.

 

The MarqMetrix BallProbe Sampling Optic technology utilizes an exclusively sourced, high-grade spherical sapphire lens. The short focal length of the spherical optic allows for simple TouchRaman Immersion Technology sampling. Users simply touch the probe to the sample and collect reproducible spectra of liquids, solids, slurries, powders, and heterogeneous mixtures. The MarqMetrix BallProbe Sampling Optic allows non-specialists to collect high-quality data and eliminates user-to-user variation.

MarqMetrix Single Use BioReactor BallProbe Sampling Optic

The Thermo Scientific MarqMetrix Single Use BioReactor BallProbe Sampling Optic is designed to be sterilized and to enable precise and repeatable Raman measurement of liquids and solids without affecting the purity of your batch. This MarqMetrix Single Use BioReactor BallProbe Sampling Optic is designed to fulfill the necessities of industries like biopharma and industrial fermentation. It is made of sanitary finished (15Ra) 316 stainless steel and high-purity sapphire optics.

 

This MarqMetrix Single Use BioReactor BallProbe Sampling Optic is ideal for biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing due to its accurate and reproducible measurements. The probe, which comes in tear-away bags, can be sterilized using an autoclave, steam-in-place (SIP), or EtO, or it can be incorporated into larger single-use systems and gamma sterilized. The sterile probe can easily be connected to the Raman system's fiber optic interface, enabling powerful real-time chemical insights. When the process is completed, the probe can simply be disposed of to ensure batch purity.

MarqMetrix Proximal BallProbe High Volume (HV) Sampling Optic

The Proximal BallProbe HV excels at sampling from a distance and taking measurements of in-motion samples with varying heights. The probe’s long working distance (100mm) can rapidly analyze samples on conveyor belts or rotating drums. Its large sampling area (3.5mm) effectively averages the sample as you take measurements.

MarqMetrix Proximal Probe Sampling Optic

With the Thermo Scientific MarqMetrix Proximal Probe Sampling Optic, you can make better real-time judgments and increase process control without ever coming into contact with samples. The MarqMetrix Proximal Probe Sampling Optic is a high-performance and compact sampling device for applications requiring high-signal Raman analysis of samples in motion via physical barriers and air gaps. Because of its short working distance (8mm) and narrow beam spot size (500 micrometers), the MarqMetrix Proximal Probe Sampling Optic provides high-signal, non-contact measurement via vials, glass bottles, or windows. The sapphire lens of the probe produces an exceptionally strong and clear Raman signal in the fingerprint region.
