Custom antibody services include competitively priced packages and purification options for antibody production. We provide complete support for all types and steps of antibody production—from peptide design, synthesis, and carrier protein conjugation to animal immunization, serum collection, hybridoma fusion, titer analysis, and final antibody purification. We can also immunize with recombinant proteins or protein fragments provided by you or expressed and purified in our lab to generate antibodies in rabbits, chickens, goats, guinea pigs, mice, or rats.

The platform incorporates an exclusive set of powerful bioinformatics algorithms for analyzing and designing peptide and protein antigens to ensure high-titer custom production of highly-specific antibodies. The analysis is offered as a service for researchers who wish to design and synthesize effective peptide antigens for custom antibody development using our comprehensive custom antibody production service.
Full-service, customized production of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies
- Peptide design, synthesis, and conjugation—we will help you design an optimized antigenic peptide using our exclusive Thermo Scientific Antigen Profiler System. We will then synthesize the peptide for you and conjugate it to the carrier protein of your choice.
- Fusion protein expression and purification—we offer bacterial, mammalian, and insect protein expression services as part of our antibody development platform; we'll make your protein and purify it to prepare it for immunization and ELISA testing.
- Polyclonal or monoclonal antibody protocols—choose one of six species options (eight immunization schedules) for polyclonal antibody production, or one of three package sizes (number and strains of mice) for monoclonal antibody production.
- Biomarker antibody development—choose from several standardized packages for producing polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies to specific biomarkers of interest.
