PrepSEQ Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kits are optimized for consistent recovery of DNA and RNA from various sample matrices. The kit has flexible protocols for both manual and automated workflows to enable consistent, reliable recovery for even the most challenging samples. The PrepSEQ Residual DNA Sample Prep Kit can be used with the resDNASEQ quantitative residual host cell DNA kits that are available for CHO, Human, HEK293, E. coli, Vero, MDCK, NS0, and Pichia pastoris cell lines.

Conduct manual sample preparation for the extraction of DNA and RNA from mycoplasma cells, MMV isolates, and/or Vesivirus isolates. Minimizing cellular DNA and/or RNA in the final sample extraction is critical to mycoplasma DNA detection where high amounts of cellular DNA and RNA cause PCR inhibition and high background. PrepSEQ 1-2-3 kits allow for sample cleanup of mycoplasma genomic DNA from research cell lines, stem cell lines, cellular, and tissue therapy samples with high efficiency. The workflow offers a rapid and easy to use protocol for results in under 2 hours.

AutoMate Express Nucleic Acid Extraction System

We offer an easy-to-use benchtop instrument that enables hands-free automation of the nucleic acid extraction process for the MycoSEQ Mycoplasma Detection, ViralSEQ MMV Detection, and ViralSEQ Vesivirus Detection testing workflows. The instrument uses the established PrepSEQ nucleic acid extraction chemistry packaged into a cartridge format for quantitative recovery of DNA and RNA. The Automate Express offers out-of-the-box automation for easy integration into existing workflows and lab configurations. There is minimal hands-on time with this closed system that is “load and go” with prefilled reagent cartridges and preprogrammed protocols.
