Dynabeads CD19 Pan B are super-paramagnetic beads covalently coupled with anti-human CD19 antibody to enable isolation or depletion of human CD19+ B cells from whole blood, buffy coat, bone marrow, mononuclear cells (MNC), and tissue digests.

DETACHaBEAD CD19

Isolate B cells with Dynabeads CD19 and release them with DETACHaBEAD CD19 for pure, viable, phenotypically unaltered and unactivated B cells. Prepare for downstream applications including sorting, culturing studies, and flow cytometry.

Dynabeads Untouched Human B Cells Kit

Dynabeads Untouched Human B Cells Kits are capable of extracting untouched B cells from PBMC through a method of negative isolation. The kit depletes T cells, dendritic cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes, erythrocytes, and platelets. The negatively isolated human B cells are left in the sample and have not been in contact with the Dynabeads. The bead- and antibody-free B cells are left and in perfect shape for any functional assay and downstream application.
