Cell-based reporter assaysWe offer a number of reporter systems for cell-based assays. GeneBLAzer reporter assays use a β-lactamase gene combined with a FRET-enabled substrate to provide reliable and sensitive detection in cells. CellLight products using the brightest most stable fluorescent protein colors in Baculovirus-mediated  BacMam delivery system put our content or yours into cells with ease. TC-FlAsh and TC-ReAsh reagents are the smallest commercially available expression tags, offering two colors and convenience of mammalian Gateway cloning tools for live-cell work.

 

 

Calcium indicator assays

We offer a wide selection of fluorescence-based indicators for calcium, including Fura-2, Indo-1, Fluo-3, Fluo-4, and Rhod-3.


Cell-based β-lactamase assays

We offer GeneBLAzer reporter assays which consists of  a β-lactamase gene combined with a FRET-enabled substrate to provide reliable and sensitive detection in cells. We also have fluorogenic substrates for β-lacatamase enzyme activity.


Fluorescent protein assays (GFP)

We offer novel technologies for cell-based fluorescent protein (FP) assays. These include organelle-specific assays (CellLight constructs), a wide variety of vectors (Gateway, TOPO and Vivid Colors reagents and kits) as well as fluorescent counterstaining reagents and kits.

The TC-FlAsH/ReAsH expression tag-based fluorescence labeling technology was developed for live-cell imaging. It is ideal for protein localization or real-time protein production studies.
