This comprehensive system includes GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G, GeneChip Fluidics Station 450, GeneChip Hybridization Oven 645, and a powerful computer workstation with instrument control software.

GeneTitan MC Fast Scan Instrument

The GeneTitan MC Fast Scan Instrument is a hands-free, automated solution for analyzing genome-wide SNP genotyping using the CytoScan HT-CMA array plate. It automates array processing from target hybridization to data generation by combining a hybridization oven, fluidics processing, and state-of-the art imaging device into a single bench-top instrument.

  • Scalable—meets both medium and high-throughput needs; enables fast time to data with fewer resources 
  • Efficient—condenses hands-on processing time to as little as 30 minutes, images an array in less than 5 minutes, and operates unattended overnight
