All Applied Biosystems Thermal Cyclers come with a standard two-year warranty (1-year standard warranty for Veriti Dx Thermal Cycler). During the two-year warranty period, all costs for shipping, labor, and parts for repairs are covered. Extended warranties, covering additional years, may also be available. When you purchase your instrument, check with your sales representative to see if an extended warranty package (including both instrument and warranty extension) is available.

Qualification services help ensure regulatory compliance

Keep your thermal cycler compliant with our Multiplex Dynamic Temperature Verification (MDTV) services which can be added to any of our service plans. MDTV services are designed to deliver fast, accurate temperature readings of your PCR unit. These valuable services are available for Applied Biosystems instruments, so you can measure temperatures of all your PCR units with the convenience of one service provider.
