The Thermo Scientific HyperSep Positive Pressure Manifold uses positive pressure to accomplish a consistent flow of liquids through your solid phase extraction (SPE) or solid liquid extraction (SLE) cartridges.

• Able to process from 1 to 48 cartridges at a time
• Accommodates 1, 3, 6, 10 or 15mL cartridge size
• Choice of two versions:
• Manifold with 13mm Collection Rack
• Manifold with 16mm Collection Rack

A simple vacuum manifold configured for cartridges or well plates?

The Thermo Scientific Universal Vacuum Manifold includes the manifold, base/gauge, flask and stopper, tubing, and spigots. Configure your system by choosing your version of the pump, make the following choices:

Cartridge version

• Version of pump (NA or European)
• 24- or 48 well extraction plate to process SPE cartridge (3 and 6mL)
• Plugs for cartridge positions not in use

The Thermo Scientific HyperSep 96-Well Plate Manifold provides processing of 96-well SPE, SLE, protein precipitation plates and lab filter plates. This format provides higher throughput processing of 96-well plates. The 96-Well Plate Vacuum Manifold includes: base, lid, and waste collection tray.

The Thermo Scientific HyperSep Glass Block Manifolds allow visible inspection of the extraction process and simplifies cleaning. This manifold is available as a 16-port or a 24-port option.

The vacuum manifold includes: glass block, Corian manifold lid, cover gasket, vacuum gauge, valve assembly, adjustable collection rack, bulkhead luer fittings, 16 or 24 tips*, 16 or 24 plugs*, and the manifold safety tray.
