High-content analysis, also called quantitative imaging, is a process where automated microscopy is combined with multi-parametric imaging. Visualization software provides quantitative data about cell populations. In this section you will find application notes, video tutorials, question and answer videos as well as webinars all designed to help you better understand what high-content analysis is all about and how to get the most out of your data.
A wealth of information about a physiological process or pathological condition can be collected by monitoring the localization and abundance of specific proteins using fluorescence imaging but quantifying these essential processes is time consuming and laborious. High-content analysis can remove these obstacles, resulting in robust and reproducible research.
