Copy Number and Cytogenetics Sample Data

Cytogenetics sample data sets are provided for viewing in Chromosome Analysis Suite (ChAS).
The sample data zip package for each cytogenetic array includes data files and a sample data set presentation. The presentations are also available separately using the PDF links.

ChAS enables you to view and summarize chromosomal aberrations across the genome with an intuitive and flexible workflow. The software was developed with input from leading experts and it is tailored for copy number and cytogenetics analysis and reporting. Chromosomal aberrations may include copy number gain or loss, mosaicism, or loss/absence of heterozygosity (LOH/AOH).
