SNP diffuse clustering

If you are getting diffuse clustering in your SNP analysis, it is likely you have one of these problems:

• Your DNA sample may not be accurately quantitated
• You may not have ROX™ dye in the master mix
• You may have evaporation from the reaction well
• Your pipetting may be inaccurate
• Your reactions may not be mixed efficiently and/or centrifuged sufficiently
• Your instrument may not be adequately calibrated
• You may not have designated ROX™ dye as the reference dye
