Our Time and Materials service includes options for:
Planned maintenance—to keep your instruments in peak condition and available when you need them, we recommend regularly scheduled maintenance. With this service, we can help you avoid unnecessary downtime and substantially extend the life of your equipment.
Priority response time—if maximizing the availability and performance of your instruments is critical to your operation, our expert engineers can provide you with next-business-day or two-business-day priority response. For additional information, please contact us at service.sales@lifetech.com or via telephone at 800 327 3002 (toll-free in US only).
Pure dye calibration—the software in your Applied Biosystems™ real-time PCR instrument compares raw spectral data to an on-board pure dye calibration file to characterize and distinguish the individual contribution of each dye. Accurate calibration is critical to the optimal operation of your instrument, so Life Technologies recommends that a pure dye calibration be performed at least every six months, after system repair, or after planned maintenance activities.
Temperature verification—Temperature accuracy is central to the performance of your thermal cyclers. Let Life Technologies can verify the temperatures of your instruments to help ensure the accuracy and quality of your results.
