Fragment analysis is a powerful technique with simple, straightforward workflows in which fragments of DNA are tagged using fluorescently labeled primers designed for specific regions of interest and are separated using capillary electrophoresis and sized by comparison to a size standard. This technology can be used for a for a wide variety of DNA sizing applications and is a flexible and effective technique that allows you to multiplex and analyze multiple samples in parallel.
