The QuantStudio 1 system is available with a 96-well, 0.2-mL-well-volume, isothermal fixed block.

- Protocols—pre-optimized protocol templates
- Software—intuitive software that supports analysis via web browser or desktop computer
- Dyes—Three filters calibrated for FAM/SYBR Green/SYTO 9, VIC/HEX/TET/JOE, JUN/ROX/Texas Red dyes
- Sensitivity—detect differences as small as 1.5-fold quantities in singleplex reactions
