In this webinar, the speakers showcase where allele-specific DSA could easily be missed without running the LABScreen Single Antigen ExPlex panel. They also discuss cases where some “pan-reactive” antibodies expressing less common HLA alleles could be questioned or even dismissed as potentially false positives if high-resolution typing and expanded antibody testing are not performed.
