One Lambda HLA Fusion Software includes powerful analysis modules specifically designed to work with our molecular and antibody screening products including LABScreen, LABType, FlowPRA, Micro SSP, LAT, LCT and more.

HLA Fusion Software 4.7 key features

This software update offers new functionality and feature enhancements. A few key highlights are:

  • Enhancements to the LABScreen analysis with color-coding of alleles and sorting in the Epitope table.
  • Several enhancements have been made to the HLA Matchmaker module.
  • Users can now apply CIWD 3.0 demographic frequency information to molecular analysis results.
  • Enhanced integration with HistoTrac.
  • Windows 11 and SQL 2019 compatible. Previous OS versions also supported.
  • Several security updates, including strong password policy requirements and enhanced encryption.

Who should upgrade?

  • If you are using HLA Fusion 4.6.x, you may upgrade to the latest 4.7
  • If you are on HLA Fusion 4.4.x or earlier, you should upgrade to 4.7
  • If you are on HLA Fusion 4.5 for LABScreen COVID Plus, discuss your upgrade options with Technical Support
  • Please review the Release Notes to understand the scope of the changes included in version 4.7

Installation prerequisites

  • A previous base install of HLA Fusion 4.x is required to upgrade to 4.7
  • HLA Fusion 4.5 EUA cannot be upgraded to HLA Fusion 4.7
  • Users will need a new license key to activate the software
