Inspection focus Details
Visual Identify distortion, short shots, bubbles, cloudiness, knit lines, and blemish
Dimensional Measure physical attributes such as tip length, straightness, and inner/outer diameter
Functional Tests the interaction of the tip with the acutal workstation. Tip fit/seal and pipetting performance (%CV) and proper tip ejection
Purity Certifies sterility, products free of RNA, DNA, RNase, DNase, pyrogens and ATP.
