Live bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells stained with ER-Tracker™ Blue-White DPX (Cat. No. E12353) and MitoTracker Red CM-H2XRos (Cat. No. M7513). The endoplasmic reticulum appears green and the mitochondria appear orange. The image was acquired using a fluorescence microscope equipped with a triple-bandpass filter set appropriate for DAPI, fluorescein and Texas Red® dyes.
