Peroxisome labeling using SelectFX® Alexa Fluor® 488 Peroxisome Labeling Kit, for fixed cells:
Peroxisomes were labeled using an antibody directed at peroxisomal membrane protein 70 (PMP-70) and detected with Alexa Fluor® 488 dye–labeled goat anti–mouse IgG secondary antibody. Mitochondria were stained with MitoTracker® Red CMXRos (Cat. no. M7512) prior to fixation; nuclei were stained with blue-fluorescent DAPI (Cat. no. D1306, D3571, D21490).
