Unity Lab Services instrument service plans get you up and running faster, providing on average 50% faster response times and 30% less downtime compared to customers without a service plan.

In addition to faster service and reduced downtime, service plan customers have exclusive access to Enhanced Technical Support, which uses Digital Remote Support tools that enable resolution of issues to get you up and running faster. For repairs requiring on-site corrective services, we offer varied response targets to meet your needs as well as an industry-exclusive requalification (RQ) benefit for customers on qualified service plans. Finally, ensuring you receive annual preventive maintenance for all plans helps increase instrument uptime and gives you confidence that your instrument is running according to specifications.

We support all major regulatory guidelines, including GxP (GLP/GMP, etc.), 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 17205.

Our suite of services provides a cost-efficient solution for compliance. Programs can be customized to meet your specific needs, so the right audit-quality data will be ready for you to share with the appropriate regulatory bodies. The following is a selection of services especially useful for analytical instruments.

Installation Qualification (IQ)

We verify and document that your IC instrument is installed according to manufacturer’s recommendations and your lab’s requirements. The records we produce are traceable and ready for you to demonstrate compliance.

Operation Qualification (OQ)

OQ services verify and document that once the IC system is installed, it is operating as intended according to manufacturer’s specifications. Our technical best practices help ensure that the instrument passes all qualification tests the first time, saving resources and maximizing uptime.

Requalification (RQ)

Operational tests performed one year after an initial IQ or OQ has been completed, after a corrective maintenance repair or any major change to the instrument, or according to your SOP requirements.

Preventative Maintenance (PM)

This set of standard procedures helps ensure that your instrument is operating at or near the same level as when it was installed, helping to achieve the best audit outcomes. A typical PM includes inspection, cleanup, replacement of worn parts, and tuning.
