Obtain terbium, europium and Invitrogen Alexa Fluor 488 or 647 labeled antibodies and let us identify the best antibody pairs for use in our Invitrogen LanthaScreen assay technology with fast and convenient custom antibody labeling and “best pair” analysis services.
Our Custom Biology team now offers labeling and testing of multiple combinations of antibodies to help you rapidly identify the best donor and acceptor combination for a TR-FRET assay. Potential applications for this analysis include: biomarker detection, phospho protein detection in cell based assays, assay development, and protein-protein interactions.
LanthaScreen assays are a popular fluorescent assay choice for drug discovery labs. The technology utilizes Time Resolved-Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (TR-FRET); and TR-FRET assays are less susceptible to compound interference than other assay formats and may be applied to multiple target classes.
When terbium or europium-labeled molecules are brought into proximity with Alexa Fluor 488 or Alexa Fluor 647 labeled, energy transfer takes place causing an increase in acceptor fluorescence and a decrease in donor fluorescence. These fluorescent signals can be read in a time-resolved manner to reduce assay interference and increase data quality.
Choose the service that best fits your antibody labeling requirements:
Service | Antibody quantity | Average turn-around time | Cost |
---|---|---|---|
Standard | More than 100 μg | 1–2 weeks | $$ |
ACCESS Program | 20–100 μg | 1–2 weeks | $ |
"Best Antibody Pair" Screening Program | 20 μg, multiple combinations of antibodies | varies by project | $$ |
