Calibration

Our factory-certified radiation detection services and calibration program provides peace of mind knowing that your equipment is calibrated to factory specifications by the original equipment manufacturer. With an ISO 17025 and ANSI Z540 compliant calibration lab, factory certified technicians, and Thermo Fisher Scientific certified compliance certificates you can trust that your equipment is calibrated to the highest performance standards. 


Factory depot repair

Our factory depot repair service is designed for our customers to easily ship equipment for repair and maintenance directly to our factory. With our factory trained and certified service engineers you can be assured that your equipment will be repaired using original equipment parts while minimizing costly downtime.


Instrument spare parts

Extend the life of your instrument with RadSafe factory-certified original equipment spare parts. We stock inventories for replacement parts critical to ensure your instrument is performing to factory specification. Warranty registration

When you register your RadSafe warranty agreement, you ensure your records are up to date. If you ever need to contact Thermo Fisher Scientific or request service, we can quickly access your records and see that your product is covered. Additionally, in the unlikely event a safety notification or warranty service is required, we will have the ability to contact you.


Request an RMA

To receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, please select the appropriate service center based on your location, then click on the 'Request service' button. You will need to fill out the form completely and click submit. You will receive a copy of the form via email with your RMA number. Once complete, you will receive a copy of the shipping form via email with your RMA# within two business days. Please print out the return authorization number to include with your shipment.  If you need further assistance, please contact the appropriate service center.
