No login required

Whether your order is placed online or offline, you can monitor its status and track shipments using the Order Lookup Tool. Simply enter your postal code along with either your PO number or sales order number. Visit thermofisher.com/orderlookup or select the order status button on the top of the website for easy access.

Choose 'Track Shipments' to see expected arrival dates and tracking information, including item and product counts. Opt for SMS delivery notifications and add up to three recipients. Logging into your thermofisher.com account will provide your complete order information and order history.

View the most up-to-date availability information for each product in your order and access the dispatch notes and signed proof of delivery.
