Assay selection for microRNA and non-coding RNA analysis

TaqMan Advanced miRNA assays provide the highest level of sensitivity and specificity when studying miRNA for validation or focused profiling and screening studies, detecting down to 60 miRNA copies into the cDNA. Our advanced chemistry utilizes a universal reverse transcription requiring only one reverse transcription reaction to study hundreds of miRNAs.

We have two methods for sensitive, precise quantification and profiling of mature miRNAs using real-time PCR: TaqMan Advanced miRNA Assays and TaqMan MicroRNA Assays.
