Custom OpenArray plates
The custom option offers you the flexibility you need to design your own panels using our 1.3 million TaqMan Gene Expression Assays, 4.5 million predesigned genotyping assays—including 2,700 inventoried drug-metabolizing enzyme (DME) assays—or your own custom TaqMan assays. Custom OpenArray plates include a suite of 11 formats to address your sample throughput needs (see Table 1).

Custom OpenArray plates for the QuantStudio 12K Flex system are offered in 11 formats to provide flexible solutions for configuring your plates for gene expression, miRNA, or genotyping analysis.

Note: There are two sets of minimum order requirements for the gene expression offerings. “Inventoried” refers to OpenArray configurations where all selected assays are inventoried . “Inventoried/made to order/custom” refers to configurations that contain at least one custom or made-to-order assay.

OpenArray flexible-content panels
OpenArray flexible-content panels are pre-configured plates of TaqMan Gene Expression Assays or TaqMan SNP Genotyping Assays for a specific pathway, disease, or research focus area. The assays are auto-populated into the custom design tool and the panel can be modified to include or exclude specific assays. This flexible format enables more precise control and simplified assay setup.

TaqMan OpenArray fixed-content pathway panels are available for use on QuantStudio™ 12K Flex Real-Time PCR System and OpenArray Real-Time PCR System. However, panels are not compatible with both systems. Please select the correct panel for the system that you own.
