表达材料和方法:各个基因的cDNA ORF通过Gateway克隆技术克隆到pDEST™27表达载体,在此过程中将GST标签整合到各个蛋白质的N端。之后通过将克隆的质粒转染到96孔模块中的Gateway 细胞培养物中,表达质粒(详见应用说明)。 “Expi293 表达系统 – 优化培养条件,最大限度提高蛋白得率,支持使用96孔微孔微量滴定板。” 表达出的蛋白质采用谷胱甘肽亲和板进行纯化并在Caliper LabChip 90 (LC90)仪器上进行定量。
