The intermediate filaments in bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells, localized using our anti-desmin antibody (A21283), which was visualized with the Alexa Fluor 647 goat anti–mouse IgG antibody (A21235). Endogenous biotin in the mitochondria was labeled with Alexa Fluor® 546 streptavidin (S11225) and DNA in the cell was stained with blue-fluorescent DAPI (D1306, D3571, D21490).
