Dye-Labeled Phosphoramidites |
Dye-labeled phosphoramidites are intended for oligonucleotide synthesis designed for molecular assays, microscopy, and microarrays. A broad range of labeling options are available with coupling efficiency, emission, and absorption spectra comparable to other commercially available dyes.
These phosphoramidites may be used on automated DNA synthesizers following standard synthesis and deprotection procedures. Fluorescent tags can be incorporated at the 5′ end of an oligonucleotide.
Thermo Scientific DyLight (DY) fluorescent labels offer choices with spectrally distinct colors for oligonucleotide labeling with ß-cyanoethyl phosphoramidites (CEP). Oligo labeling with ß-cyanoethyl phosphoramidites (CEP). Available to use in research applications without the constraints of licensing and royalty fees.
