Succinates are used for the derivatization of controlled pore glass, polystyrene, or other supports for solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis. Our DNA succinates are formulated as triethylammonium (TEA) salts with standard base protection. They provide the high quality and stringent manufacturing controls required for bench and therapeutic applications.
Thermo Scientific Bz dA, Bz dC, iBu dG, and T succinates are available as TEA salts with standard base protection.
