Endpoint PCR (PCR) is a method used to determine if a gene of interest is expressed in a sample. Once cDNA is made through reverse transcription, it is amplified using a DNA polymerase-based reaction in a thermal cycler. Quality enzymes and precise temperature control improve the specificity and reproducibility of results. Select from a broad range of enzymes, for a solution to every challenge; and industry-renowned thermal cyclers that meet your lab needs. Thermo Fisher Scientific also offers a comprehensive portfolio of nucleic acid electrophoresis products, whether you prefer pre-cast or pour-you-own gels.
Our engineers have been designing and manufacturing high-quality thermal cyclers since 1987, earning a reputation for reliability, accuracy, and user-friendly interfaces. We offer a thermal cycler for every challenge, application, and budget.
