RNA Silica Spin Column with RNA around the column

PureLink Purification Solutions

The Invitrogen PureLink nucleic acid purification kits are a family of purification products designed to meet the challenges posed by specific nucleic acid types, sample sources and volumes, throughput levels and downstream applications. These kits are based on either silica-membrane, anion exchange resin, or advanced silica-membrane purification technologies.

PureLink Spin Column Kits

The PureLink spin column kits are a family of fast, simple, and cost-effective nucleic acid purification kits designed for the preparation of genomic DNA, plasmid DNA, total RNA, microRNAs and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) RNA. These kits make use of proven silica membrane technology and eliminate the complex steps associated with older methodologies. Kits are available for both low-throughput (single samples) and high-throughput (96- and 384-sample) applications.

Obtain more RNA from your samples. RNA mini kits have 6 to 10 times the input capacity and higher yields compared to other suppliers’ kits.

PureLink plasmid DNA kits are available is a variety of formats to best fit your downstream experiments. These range from mini and maxi kits for prokaryotic systems to low endotoxin kits for transfection into mammalian cells. Figure 2 illustrates how you can achieve high yields of endotoxin-free, advanced transfection–quality plasmid DNA with PureLink Expi as compared to kits from a competitor.
