Utilizing our dedicated non-GMP labs and cGMP-quality raw materials and processes, our team can provide media manufacturing expertise in liquids, dry powder media (DPM), and our proprietary Advanced Granulation Technology (AGT) media format.
Test the manufacturability and scalability of your formulation or modify existing formulations by adding novel components or removing components not driving cell culture performance. In preparation for cGMP scale up, our team can convert your formulation to a new media format to better suit your scale-up needs. We can also provide details to help you validate us as a secondary supply source.
Our experienced team will help ensure your formulation is consistent and scalable, streamlining your transfer to our cGMP manufacturing facility when you are ready.
Our Gibco Rapid Prototyping Service* also features:
- cGMP-quality raw materials and processes for easy transfer to cGMP scale
- Liquid, DPM, and AGT formats—available with batches up to 600 L or 30 kg (DPM)
- Rapid lead times—standard orders are typically shipped within 10–20 working days*
- Both pin mill and FitzMill™ capabilities
- Standard testing includes pH, osmolality, appearance, sterility, and solubility
*While our Gibco Rapid Prototyping service can use animal origin-free (AOF) raw materials, manufacturing does not take place in an animal origin-free (AOF) facility due to lack of dedicated equipment and segregation.
