TheraPure RNA phosphoramidites with fast protect

Fast deprotect phosphoramidites permit the removal of base protecting groups under mild or accelerated conditions without the need for special reagents and are available in premium TheraPure grade. Excellent for applications requiring mild deprotection to preserve the integrity of oligonucleotides.

* When using both of PAC-rA (Cat No. 27-1803) and iPrPAC-rG (Cat No. 27-1806), select Ac-rC (Cat No. 27-1805) and rU (Cat No. 27-1804) to minimize the time for post-synthesis deprotection.

** The acetyl-protected rG (Ac-rG, Cat No. SY3000) amidite is a suitable replacement for iBu-rG (Cat No. 2706) and is ideal for synthesis of longmers. Oligonucleotide deprotection times can be reduced as much as 25%.

Quality manufacturing and analytical method

Manufacturing quality

HPLC-MS, GC, 31P NMR, and Karl Fischer oven titration are used to assess the purity of each phosphoramidite lot. The rigorously controlled manufacturing processes help minimize levels of reactive P(III) impurities and accumulation of by-products during oligo synthesis. Processes are monitored from material procurement through final QC and product release for batch-to-batch reproducibility under the ISO 9001:2015–certified quality management system.
