We offer Aluora 555 spatial amplification reagents for use in immunohistochemistry.
Human FFPE small intestine was incubated with 1:25,000 of PCNA Monoclonal Antibody (PC10) (Cat. No. 13-3900) then labeled with the reagents in the Aluora 555 HRP-Mouse Kit (Cat. No. A40001332) and a DAPI nuclear stain. The slides were mounted in ProLong Glass mountant. Images were captured with an Invitrogen EVOS M7000 instrument (see information about EVOS imaging systems).
Invitrogen Aluora dyes are a specialized organic dye technology specifically optimized for spatial biology and multiplex immunohistochemistry applications. These bright, photostable dyes are excellent for detecting extremely low-abundance targets. Additionally, Aluora dyes exhibit a distinct emission spectra fingerprint that can be spectrally unmixed for high plex imaging experiments on spatial imaging platforms such as the EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System.
