Instructions to install Connect Transfer

Please take the following actions to install the new Connect Transfer software to ensure a seamless transition to the enhanced software: (NOTE: Connect Transfer is currently not supported for Mac)

  1. Sign in to Thermo Fisher Connect using your username and password; if you are not already registered, click Sign Up Now.
  2. Click (Apps) to the open the App Connect screen…or use the direct link.
  3. Scroll to the Utilities section, then on the Connect Transfer tile, click Download. The file will begin downloading.
    • Run ConnectTransfer.exe for Windows
      • After successful installation and configuration of Connect Transfer app, remove existing CCU software
