Tetramethylrhodamine (TRITC) is a bright orange-fluorescent dye with excitation ideally suited to the 532 nm laser line. It is commonly conjugated to antibodies and proteins for cellular imaging applications.
Rhodamine phalloidin is one of the most commonly used fluorescent phalloidin conjugates, as evidenced by over 19,000 citations in the literature. We offer rhodamine reactive dyes as well as other protein and antibody conjugates or probes.
For brighter conjugates and higher photostability, we offer Alexa Fluor 555 as a reactive dye or conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, or amplification substrates; all optimized for cellular labeling and detection.

The Invitrogen Alexa Fluor 555 dye—with spectral properties and quantum yield nearly identical to those of tetramethylrhodamine (TRITC) —produces brighter, more photostable conjugates. These conjugates are ideal for imaging and other applications requiring increased sensitivity and environmentally insensitive fluorescence detection.
We offer Alexa Fluor 555 dye conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, and amplification substrates optimized for cellular labeling and detection. In addition, reactive dye forms and protein labeling kits are available to allow you to generate your own antibody conjugates or probes.

Fluorescent conjugates of phalloidin using the Invitrogen Alexa Fluor dyes are designed for bright, specific F-actin staining for most applications across the full spectral range. The Invitrogen Alexa Fluor phalloidin conjugates provide researchers with fluorescent probes that are designed to be superior in brightness and photostability to all other spectrally similar conjugates tested.
