복합 protease 및 phosphatase 억제제 칵테일 및 정제에는 serine phosphatase, threonine phosphatase, tyrosine phosphatase 뿐만 아니라 serine protease, cysteine protease, aspartic acid protease, aminopeptidase를 표적으로 하는 화학물질이 포함되어 있습니다. Metalloprotease는 별도 바이알에서 정제 제형이 아닌 액상 제형으로 이용할 수 있는 EDTA를 가하여 억제했습니다. 이러한 광범위 억제제는 단백질의 분해를 방지함과 동시에 인산화를 보존함으로써, 단일 용액 또는 정제를 완전히 보호합니다.
