Invitrogen eFluor 660 dye is a red-fluorescent dye configured as an alternative to Alexa Fluor 647 or APC. The spectral properties make it an ideal fluorophore that can be used in any flow cytometry panel incorporating the red laser.
We offer eFluor 660 dye conjugated to primary antibodies for use in flow cytometry.

Stability of eFluor 660 dye. Mouse splenocytes were stained with CD4 Monoclonal Antibody (GK1.5), eFluor 660 and analyzed immediately (red line). The sample was then fixed in 2% formaldehyde overnight at 4°C and analyzed again (blue line).
