Invitrogen NovaFluor Yellow 660 dye has been optimized for flow cytometers with spectral capabilities. Phiton technology provides highly stable fluorescence when stored at 4°C. NovaFluor Yellow 660 dye can be used to replace PE-tandems such as PE-Cy5 or PE-Fire™ 640 dye, with much less cross-excitation and fluorescent spillover. Replacement of PE-tandems with NovaFluor Yellow 660 dye, which is primarily excited by the yellow-green laser, opens a detector, allowing for an additional marker to be detected off of the blue laser line using NovaFluor Blue 660 dye.

Use NovaFluor dyes with CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer to reduce background and to block non-specific binding of NovaFluor labels, PE and APC tandems observed with macrophages and monocytes.

We offer NovaFluor dyes conjugated to primary antibodies for use in flow cytometry, as well as NovaFluor Antibody Conjugation Kits, NovaFluor CD4 Label Characterization Kits, and custom conjugation services.

Staining of human peripheral blood cells with NovaFluor Yellow 660 dye conjugated antibodyNormal human peripheral blood cells (PBMCs) were unstained (left) or stained with CD3 Monoclonal Antibody (UCHT1), NovaFluor Yellow 660 (right). Data were acquired in the YG4 channel on a 5-laser Cytek Aurora system, and singlet cells were used for analysis.
