Invitrogen APC-eFluor 780 dye is a near-infrared fluorescent dye designed to be a high-performance tandem fluorophore for multicolor flow cytometry. It is designed for use with flow cytometers equipped with a red laser and have an emission peak of 780 nm. With similar spectral characteristics to APC-Alexa Fluor 750, APC-eFluor 780 requires no changes to your instrument configuration for use, allowing you to easily add APC-eFluor 780 to your multicolor panels.

We offer APC-eFluor 780 dye conjugated to primary antibodies for use in flow cytometry.

Search APC-Fluor 780 primary antibodies

  • Equal or better sensitivity than APC-H7 tandem conjugates
  • Stable performance when treated with formaldehyde fixation or exposed to ambient light
  • Uses same filter sets as existing comparative fluorochromes
Flow cytometry histogram comparing APC-eFluor 780 (blue) to APC-H7 (red)

Comparison of APC-eFluor 780 dye to APC-H7 dye using flow cytometry. Mouse splenocytes were stained with CD8a Monoclonal Antibody (53-6.7), APC-eFluor 780 (blue line) or CD8a monoclonal antibody conjugated to APC-H7 (red line).

Stability analysis of APC-eFluor 780. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with CD8a Monoclonal Antibody (RPA-T8), APC-eFluor 780 and analyzed immediately (red line) on flow cytometer. The sample was then divided and either exposed to ambient light for six hours (blue line) or fixed in 2% formaldehyde for 30 minutes at room temperature (green line) and analyzed again.
