To navigate to a product page, use the search bar at the top of every page on thermofisher.com. Click on the product name and go to the Documents section to find all related items.

If you're experiencing an issue with your instrument, try searching for a solution on our website first. Go to thermofisher.com and use the search bar. Can't find what you're looking for? Please be sure to let us know. Check back often as we are constantly uploading new material. 


Know when your part shipped

You can use our online tool to check the status of your instrument or spare parts order. Have your customer order, purchase order, or order number handy and visit the order status tool. You can see if the order is processing or has shipped, view details such as quantity shipped, PO number, order date and expected ship date or even see who signed for the delivery at your site.
