Succinates are used for the derivatization of controlled pore glass, polystyrene, or other supports for solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis. Our DNA succinates are formulated as triethylammonium (TEA) salts with standard base protection. They provide the high quality and stringent manufacturing controls required for bench and therapeutic applications.

Processes are monitored from material procurement through final QC and product release for batch-to-batch reproducibility. Purity of each product lot is assessed by HPLC, MS, and NMR. Our rigorously controlled manufacturing processes help minimize levels of impurities which could be incorporated into the oligonucleotide during synthesis and result in the accumulation of by-products.
Thermo Scientific Bz dA, Bz dC, iBu dG, and T succinates are available as TEA salts with standard base protection.
