Tali® Image Cytometer Reagents
Tali® reagents have been developed and optimized specifically for use on the Tali® Image Cytometer. While sharing the same basic workflow and user interface, all Tali®reagents differ in the fluorescence channels being collected and analyzed by the internal algorithm. Currently Tali® assays have been developed for apoptosis analysis, cell viability in the green channel, and cell viability in the red channel.
Tali® Viability Kit - Dead Cell Red
 | The Tali® Viability Kit - Dead Cell Red is a ready-to-use solution of propidium iodide (PI) that has been validated for use with the Tali® Image Cytometer. PI is a live cell-impermeant fluorogenic DNA-binding dye that has been extensively used to identify necrotic cells.

Tali® Viability Kit - Dead Cell Green
 | The Tali® Viability Kit - Dead Cell Green is a ready-to-use solution of SYTOX® Blue dye that has been validated for use with the Tali® Image Cytometer. SYTOX® Blue dye is a live cell-impermeant fluorogenic DNA-binding dye that has been extensively used to identify necrotic cells.

Tali® Apoptosis Kit
 | The Tali® Apoptosis Kit enables identification of apoptotic cells and discrimination of apoptotic from necrotic and live cells in a population. The kit stains apoptotic cells with green Annexin V – Alexa Fluor® 488, stains necrotic cells with both red propidium iodide and green Annexin V – Alexa Fluor® 488, and does not stain live cells.

Tali® Cell Cycle Kit
| The Tali® Cell Cycle Kit includes a ready-to-use reagent that, when used with the Tali® Image-Based Cytometer, provides a convenient and accurate determination of the percentage of cells in each phase of the cell cycle.
