Invitrogen NovaFluor Red 710 dye can be used as an alternative to Alexa Fluor 700 and APC-R700, with far less cross-laser excitation and spectral spillover using the 640 nm laser for excitation. NovaFluor Red 710 dye is a brighter alternative to Alexa Fluor 700 dye with a cleaner emission spectra.

The macromolecule-based NovaFluor Red 710 dye produces highly stable fluorescence, and stained samples retain their fluorescence intensity and spectral signature when stored at 4°C. Use NovaFluor dyes with CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer to reduce background and to block non-specific binding of NovaFluor labels, PE and APC tandems observed with macrophages and monocytes.

We offer NovaFluor dyes conjugated to primary antibodies for use in flow cytometry, as well as NovaFluor Antibody Conjugation Kits, NovaFluor CD4 Label Characterization Kits, and custom conjugation services.

Search NovaFluor Red 710 primary antibodies

  • Narrow emission spectrum and minimal cross-laser excitation for better resolution
  • Bright fluorescence allows it to be paired with medium-to-low abundance antigens
  • Replacement for Alexa Fluor 700 or APC-R700 with far less cross-laser excitation and spectral spillover
  • Brighter alternative to Alexa Fluor 700 with cleaner emission spectra
  • Produces highly stable fluorescence and is compatible with all buffers tested
Spectral signature of NovaFluor Red 710 dye. Normal human peripheral blood cells stained with CD4 Monoclonal Antibody (SK3 (SK-3)), NovaFluor Red 710 were used for analysis. Data was acquired on a 5-laser Cytek Aurora system.
Side scatter plot with unstained and CD4 NovaFluor Red 710 stained normal human PBMCs
Staining of human peripheral blood cells with NovaFluor Red 710 conjugated antibody. Normal human peripheral blood cells (PBMCs) were unstained (left) or stained with CD4 Monoclonal Antibody, NovaFluor Red 710 (right). Data was acquired in the R4 channel on a 5-laser Cytek Aurora system, and singlet cells were used for analysis.
