Thermo Scientific DyLight Fluor secondary antibodies are high-performance fluorescent conjugates for use as secondary molecular probes in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, western blotting, ELISA, high-content screening, and other array platforms. DyLight Fluor conjugated antibodies are especially useful for multiplex experiments in which primary antibodies from two or more host species are used simultaneously. They are designed to reduce nonspecific background staining and offer high specificity, low background, and increased assay sensitivity. See the DyLight Fluors Technology and Product Guide.

Step 1: Search for the target species of interest (e.g., “anti-mouse” or “goat anti-rabbit” or “alexa fluor 488”).
Step 2: Narrow results by host species, conjugate, application, and other criteria using side filters.
Going direct with your choice of label has never been easier
We offer a wide variety of primary antibodies against key signaling proteins, cellular markers, and organelles, as well as cell junctions and CD markers. Primary antibodies provide direct detection for high-abundance targets, and high target specificity when using amplified detection methods.
Streptavidin conjugates with a choice of labels boost your signal from low-abundance targets. For improved detection sensitivity, streptavidin-based amplification techniques are widely used in fluorescence imaging to detect primary and secondary antibodies, ligands, and toxins, or DNA probes for in situ hybridization.
Simple amplification protocols with a choice of wavelengths for rare targets. With TSA™ technology, you can see and measure low-abundance targets that are not detectable by conventional means. Tyramide-based signal amplification provides superior sensitivity without compromising resolution.
Antifade reagents suppress photobleaching and preserve the signals of your fluorescently labeled target molecules. They offer excellent compatibility with a multitude of dyes across the spectrum, making them especially valuable tools for multicolor applications. For added convenience, some formulations include the nuclear counterstain DAPI, eliminating the need for a separate counterstaining step.
For critical research, you need reliable protein detection, and we offer a complete suite of labeling tools for any level of target abundance. Our fluorescent products portfolio is the most peer-referenced in life science research. Check out this simple guide and see which tool is right for your protein.
